The Chinese BBQ special is something truly different and incredibly good. Every bite is mouthwatering and the added extras like the sauces and GB fries take it all to another level. The guys there are always friendly and welcoming. If you have to queue, trust me it is worth it because there is always a reason that people keep coming back. I will definitely be returning.- Food

Best chicken in Wales without a doubt! Bone Cartel absolutely nailed it last Friday – every single dish was packed with bold, unapologetic flavour.
We ordered the GB Fries (so ridiculously moreish we couldn’t stop picking at them), Texas BBQ Drip Strips, Mango #5 Strips, and the Bangcoq Caramel Strips. Each one brought something unique to the table, but all were next-level good.
The Texas BBQ is still our absolute favourite – smoky, saucy, and everything you want in comfort food done right. But honestly, you can’t go wrong with any choice here.

Quality chicken with a range of creative and unique flavours. Sides are also incredibly tasty, clearly a ton of passion and understanding of what a good chicken shop should look like. Service was friendly and food came out fast. The shop was clean and modern with a great atmosphere, a few different imported soft drink options which was refreshing. Will be returning soon

We popped in yesterday to get some chicken strips, we had the mexican buffalo and without a doubt was the nicest chicken i have ever had (everyone in our group agreed also!). I cant wait to try more flavours! The service was also excellent, will definitely be returning. Thank you!

DID NOT DISAPPOINT
1) buffalo chicken- incredible 10/10
2)Chinese- spare rib bbq sauce felt like it was straight out of sandown road Chinese 11/10
3) Korean bbq- slapt but would rate it lower than the other two.
Also appreciated the good drink selections!
Would suggest turning the music down as wayyy to loud , couldn’t hear myself think

Great crunchy, juicy chicken strips. Lots of sauces to choose from, chips in big quantities with lots of parmesan and mexican soft drinks. Friendly staff and quick service makes it worth visiting. Rather expensive though, since we paid nearly 20 quid for a portion of strips and a portion of chips.

Best Fried Chicken I’ve ever had ! Everything was cooked fresh to order and had really good portion sizes. You can tell that all of the produce is high quality; only fried chicken (and fries) I’ve had that hasn’t been greasy. The staff we’re friendly so I would definitely recommend.

Awesome southern style chicken in various flavours. Pick strips or wings and your dressing. I tried the ‘Texan Drip’ BBQ strips and they were delicious. Also do try the ‘GB fries’ if you can - these are sprinkled in garlic oil and topped with melting Parmesan. Only downside is to expect a wait as they usually have a queue out of the door!

WOW JUST WOW 👌 The chicken is marinated for 24 hours & cooked fresh while you wait. I arrived at 4pm & they had already sold out of deep fried corn ribs 😵💫 With a good choice of toppings, my wife went straight southern fried with 2 pots of drip mayo. I went with "Texas drip" strips & "The Korean one" wings. Succulent & tender the chicken melted in the mouth. Would recommend to any fried chicken lover.

The best side sauces I have ever tasted with just enough heat but creamy and packed with flavour too.
Portion size was more than enough for 2, could have easily stretched to 3.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken was super crispy and full of flavour, and the sauces were amazing – especially the Korean one. Generous portions and everything was cooked perfectly. Definitely one of the best spots for fried chicken in South Wales. Highly recommend!

I had the BBQ tenders & they were banging! The sauce was awesome! The tenders were a really good size, too!
